My name is Chris, and I’ve called Costa Rica home for nearly five years. My love for cooking began in childhood, inspired by cherished moments spent in the kitchen with my grandmothers. Those early memories sparked a lifelong passion for creating delicious and nourishing meals.
My journey as a chef started when I became a sous chef for several retreats, which eventually led me to join the Chirripo Nourishments team two years ago. I take pride in crafting menus that cater to individual dietary needs and preferences, using the freshest organic ingredients. For me, cooking is about more than just food—it’s about creating a personalized and heartfelt experience for everyone I serve.
